On Dipawali Night,17 October 2009 at 19.07 to 21.03 hours NST, There is complete darkness all around. The process of moving from darkness towards light is known as Amawasya shanti. The darker the night is-it indicates that light is imminent. When the Night approaches dawn, it becomes more dark. We tend to fall into the comforts of sound sleep as the morning comes closer.
