Constitution will be written within 2068

Kathmandu: On 28th May 2008, Fifteen minutes before the stroke of midnight, Nepal became a Republic. The transition to “A Secular Federal Democratic Republic Nation” was formalised with a resolution moved by Home Minister K P Sitaula and right away passed by 560 votes against four by the newly-sworn in Constituent Assembly.

Astrology super physical science

This is how astrology came to being in the early centers of civilization such as Egypt, China, Babylon, India Nepal etc. to name a few, Whether this discovery of early man is based on a scientific footing has become a great question afterward.
Scientists do not accept as true merely on belief unless verified by physical test, Interestingly enough physical test of a scientist is itself based on belief in some primary facts called axioms which can not be physically proved. In Geometry it is taken for granted that a point has only existence, but no dimension and a line has only length but no breadth which does not reflect the reality.
It may be argued that simple belief in anything is no guarantee for its truth and we may believe in many things that do not really exist or that are found false afterward. Many of us have the experience of being misled by believing something which is far from truth.It is also a common experience how the scientists themselves often alter their views on something proved later as wrong proposition.It is not wise to term Astrology as a non-truth because of the fact that we cannot prove its truth on physical verification. There is a plethora of things which are beyond the realm of physical science.
The claim of Astrology as a science should be examined from this stand-point. It is better to treat astrology as a science belonging to super physical world and knowable by belief only. Real belief is distinctly different from superstition. Belief is auto genius, inherited with birth,permanent and unalterable,while superstition is environmental acquired after birth,temporary and alterable.
Astrology is a science as it has passed successfully the test of time. It is known in science that matter and energy are indestructible being the things of nature. Astrology having been a natural truth maintained its existence through thousands of years which could not be possible had it been a false one.
Astrology should be viewed from symbolical platform in the higher level where all happenings on the Earth are indicated by planetary movements in the sky according to Law of Symbolism.
The object of astrology is not to know destiny, but only to have a glimpse into the green room of Nature as to what is actually going to happen and to help man with some hints that he may better his condition by acting consciously and prudently.
